Agents licensed in multiple lines are only required to meet the same requirements as agents with single lines of licensing. Resident producers are required to complete continuing education ( CE ). Individuals must complete hours of CE during the license term and prior to the expiration of the license. Three of the hours must be in ethics. If a resident producer adds a qualification to their existing license, the CE requirements for the new qualification will be waived until after their next renewal. An eligible license can be reinstated anytime during the allowable reinstatement perio typically up to 3days after the license expiration date.

Course applications, course renewals and course rosters are processed electronically through Vertafore. Most resident, individual licensees are subject to Nevada’s continuing education (CE) requirements. Upon completion of the CE course the CE provider will upload the completion into the licensees record. Licensees must maintain a copy o the certificate of completion for each course.
