Follow up email to client after quotation

How to reply after receiving a quotation? It’s not unusual to wait several days, if not longer, for a response to your proposal or project quote. Sometimes, you won’t even get a response at all.


Three words to send a nostalgic shiver down anybody’s spine. This one is probably obvious , but definitely important.

And to send a follow up after a quote letter first, you should have sent a quotation letter to the recipient. This letter acts as an excellent way to keep in contact with a particular client. It can close the deal for you. But there are many considerations that go along with that strategy.


Follow Up Email After A Client Meeting: If you have a meeting with an existing client , it’s always useful to know the next step you’re taking together. In order to close sales, you need to be serious about following up with your prospects. The best way to do this is by sending a follow up letter.


If you send follow -ups too frequently, people may feel stalked.

On many of these platforms, pitching is not allowed and could get you booted as a user. Instea use them as a first touch and follow up offline. However, there does come a point where follow -ups that don’t elicit responses can turn into spam.
