Mocha ingredients

Just add cocoa, sugar and milk to hot coffee and drink! Measure the chocolate syrup into a large coffee mug. Steam the milk with the steamer attachment so that it has around 4-6cm of foam on top. It’s no secret that my morning gets started as soon as the coffee starts flowing.

Before healthy January starts, I’m sharing one last quick and easy morning treat, my homemade mocha ! I wish there was an option for stars! I only made a half recipe so that was ice cubes (frozen coffee cubes), cup milk - and i used 2T chocolate and 2T caramel syrup plus 2T sugar. If you don't want it strong, you can always adjust the portioning of the coffee powder. Pour into a ounce mug. Eggs should be room temperature.
