Individuals can apply for their own check. Applications may be started by the organisation that needs someone to have a check. It is important that you enter the information exactly as previously provided to the screening unit on application. To process your application, the screening unit must be certain of your identity and must make sure you have undergone a 1point identification check , which has been approved by an appropriate person.


Screening Unit checks are done online. You must use ONE Category A document or ONE Category B document which MUST contain a photograph. A credit or debit card (Visa or MasterCard only) if you paying for your own screening.
