Bridging visa A – conditions Most people will be granted a bridging visa A (BVA). We get a lot of questions regarding the conditions associated with BVAs. Under this reasoning, a taxpayer on a Bridging Visa , who previously held a 4or 4subclass visa (Working Holiday Maker) should continue to be taxed as a Working Holiday Maker, in accordance to part and of Schedule of the Income Tax Rates. I was advised by a migration agent that when you apply for a Partner visa 8that you are automatically granted a Bridging Visa A, provided that you are in Australia and currently hold a valid visa. The first stage is the 82 the second stage is.
