For example, the beneficiary of a life insurance policy is the person who receives the payment of the amount of insurance after the death of the insured. Now, here’s the longer explanation: a beneficiary is a person or organization (nonprofit or charity) you name in certain legal documents—like a will or a life insurance policy—to receive all or some of your assets (money and other stuff you own) when you pass away. Why visa is needed

This Wizard is a guide to help foreign citizens understand entry permit categories. Why are visas required? Is a travel visa required? In some cases visa -free entry may be granted to holders of diplomatic passports even as visas are required by normal passport holders (see: Passport). Some countries have reciprocal agreements such that a visa is not needed under certain conditions, e. Visa is required to know the background of a person who is applying for entry in a country.

A person who has bad background or history is denied to get visa. Visas are necessary if you’d like to travel to a country that does not have a visa policy in place with your home country. Many countries have visa policies and agreements that allow their citizens to travel freely between them without the need for a visa.

Whether it’s taking advantage of flexible work schedules, our wellness programs, or going on a much needed vacation , Visa offers options to recharge and put the focus back on you. What to use for mosaic backing

What is the best backer for mosaic tiles? What supplies do you need for mosaic tile? Humidity will eventually make it warp and crack grout and pop tiles off.

Not a good material to mosaic on because of its vulnerability to moisture and decay. The best all-around mosaic backer is concrete backer board , such as that used in bathrooms as the sub-floor for tile floors. Drywall can be removed easily and replaced with a sheet of concrete backer board.

WediBoard - Wedi board is probably the most commonly used lightweight substrates among mosaic artists. The mesh, plastic or paper backing that holds mosaic tiles together can get in the way if you don’t trim the edges. Mesh can stick out into the grout space and cause grouting trouble. And protruding backing can prevent you from pushing adjoining sheets close together. I would seal the back and edges with water seal or an oil-based paint.

Fine mosaic work takes an investment in time and materials. It only makes sense to mosaic on a backing that is resistant to moisture and decay. Thus the best material to use for an outdoor mosaic is foam-core tile backer board from a local building material store.

What is an occupant on a lease

What is an occupant on a lease

What is tenant occupancy? Is an occupant a tenant? A tenant is a person who lives on real property and pays rent to the owner of the property (the landlord). Most tenants sign a written rental agreement prepared by the landlord. If you sign a rental agreement that sets out a specific period of time you agree to live there, the agreement is called a lease.

Lanlord or building management requires to know if there is an occupant on the lease in addition to original person who signed the lease and also lives in the apartment. The occupant came into the lease later on during the lease term. This is a large appartment building in New York. Privileges (such as easement) enjoyed by any one occupant of a premises are generally enjoyable by all other occupants , not matter how small space they occupy.

Often used as an alternative term for occupier. A lease clause limiting guest stays will help prevent a tenant moving in a friend or relative for a month or more, calling that person a guest, who turns into a full-time resident. To avoid discrimination charges, any restrictions on guests should not be based on the age or sex of the occupant or guest.

Occupant definition is - one who acquires title by occupancy.
